My personal experience with the office of Nathan VanEmbden was outstanding. He did an eviction for us with a sticky situation, as the Tenant was a close family member. He was caring and understanding, got it done quickly and was always there to listen and not judge. Brandy was communicating with me almost daily. Before the Court date, Mr. Van Embden called us to confirm all of the damages, rent owed, etc. The day of Court, he was there with plenty of time to spare and guided us once again with the process.
