Hired Attorney

We are Melvin and Carolyn Solomon. We have just had Mr. Britt review our old outdated Last Wills and Testaments which were drawn up over twenty years ago. Mr. Britt carefully reviewed them and we all determined that they needed to be redrawn. When finished, we met at his office and executed the new Wills. Mr. Britt also answered several questions about our personal estate planning. He was very easy to talk to, polite, and relieved our worries of these planning needs.

Hired Attorney

Extremely hard to deal with. Would state that he was working on one thing and was not. Opted to do what he wanted to and felt comfortable doing while neglecting all other case points. Ignored the obvious and easy to resolve issues, leaving them for me, the client to resolve. Wrote and charged for a letter explaining to me all information given to him by me (useless redundancy). One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Good luck, if you hire this attorney… go ahead and get your law books out, you will need them! He won’t take or return a call, he does not give you text access, he does not answer or even read or understand e-mails. There are no updates provided, and you will get court date notifications on the day of court. You won’t be told what is being discussed or the purpose of any given hearing. He would advise the Judge on the Alabama Rules of Procedure, yet could not identify the rule by number if requested. He does not file subpoenas or motions to compel, but states he will
