Worked with Leo 26 years ago and had a will done. 2010 worked with me on a house closing, updated will and set up beneficiary status for my final requests and expenses.
Mr. Carroll made sure any additional monies that was held in escrow for claims against the estate of my mother was spent (to the penny) by him. My parents had land out west and myself or my sister had to contact the appropriate parties to facilitate the probate. He was unable or unwilling to initiate this. Mr. Carroll also charged for every inquiry made by us. Whether this is standard practice or not, he carried it to the extreme. I would not recommend him to anyone else.
