Eric Opin is a walking disaster. He failed me on every level as my conservator. He knows nothing about any kind of mental illness but says things like just shut up and take bipolar poison. I don’t care if you are not bipolar just get out of my hair and let me take the worst care of you then you could possible imagine! Maybe you go blind or die from suicide…. I don’t care bc I get paid no matter how I take care of you! I’ll spend all your money even make funeral arrangements and cremate you even if you want a bigger wake and buried. I’m Eric Opin and I barely passed my classes in law school. I don’t know about how the first amendment works but I’ll try to have you arrested if you say anything bad about me on social media and if that doesn’t work I’ll get a false protective order against my conserved mentally handicapped person I get paid to handle all their financials. Run as fast as you can away from this whack job immediately!!!

This guy is nothing short a a full blown disaster if you hire him for anything! He was my conservator for 3 1/2 years and I’m lucky to have survived his madness! He had full estate conservatism meaning he was 100% in charge of all my finances as well as my physical and mental health. He failed terribly in all 3 areas and went thru 100,000 of my money like No tomorrow! I suffer from major depression disorder but he was fixated on diagnosing me with bipolar but he has no clue what that actually means as well as what MDD. He never had me go for a physical or have much needed blood work done. It was only after the wonderful Bridges mental and physical health care made me go for a physical that it was discovered that I suffer from major vitamin D deficiency which caused my depression for 27 years on and off. I came out of the MDD episode by walking at the beach in a matter of a week but when I was very depressed I was also suicidal! Ii went 4 years with no vitamin D and now have e RA plus

There is nothing positive I can say about this “attorney.” His roll as conservator” for a client in a mental health crisis has been nothing short of appalling. The lack of respect, compassion, empathy knowledge and understanding has indeed been a huge factor in destabilizing and prolonging the crisis. His lies, insults, name calling, vulgar language are abusive as well as detrimental to the clients self esteem, dignity, and recovery. Simply refusing to respond to questions regarding his use of his personal credit cards for the client’s expenses is just one in a laundry list of questionable actions of this attorney. Do not allow this man near any relative you love or care about.
