Gloria Molteni advises domestic and international clients on legal aspects of real estate transactions in a range of administrative and public legal matters, including town planning, building, and environmental. She negotiates and drafts operative and ancillary agreements in addition to conducting due diligence. She also advises clients on any potential judicial profiles of the transaction. In addition, she offers legal assistance to clients regarding privacy matters (GDPR compliance), as well as by serving as a Data Protection Officer.
