Hired Attorney

Hard-working bulldog, very good at understanding and prioritizing critical elements. Direct, opinionated, to-the-point manner can come off a bit harsh, as his demeanor is more suited to East-coast-type people. Very effective as against aggressive attorneys.

Hired Attorney

In six months that I have been dealing with this attorney office I have had 4 different attorney on this case and all but one have since left the office. They don't return calls or share information with myself until it is to late. For some reason they can never remember that I filed a chapter 13.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Short may have been a popular attorney. Just before COVID hit he got into a ton of trouble. He tried to make arguments that sounded good but didn't really make sense in bankruptcy cases and foreclosures for clients. That spilled over to his personal cases and probate where he tried to manipulate bankruptcy judges, vs probate, vs criminal, vs malpractice attorneys. Judges researched his BS & told him he was wrong, ordered him to pay, and he didn't do it. He filed bankruptcy again for himself and tried making the same arguments he got in trouble for. The State Bar came after him and he refused to take responsibility. He did more bankruptcy and tried to delay over & over. Years of delays the end result after a malpractice trial was the Supreme Court going to disbar Short. Then Short suspended his law license for medical reasons saying he had cancer. The court decided the disability stands but the moment he is healthy enough to be a lawyer again, his license is automatically disbarred.
