I don't understand the previous persons complaint. I found Loren Lambert to be nothing but courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to explain everything about the process, and I felt like he did everything in his power to get a favorable return on my Worker’s Compensation Case. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Was not professional, refused to act on my case even tho it was a slam dunk. Another accident attorney had all the info he needed and he refused to even get it. Did not follow through on anything. I fired him and gave up after multiple deadlines and appeals were missed.
Loren Lambert is not a good lawyer, he is often unprepared and will seek settlement not in the interest of the client because he is afraid of judges and will settle to not have to talk to them. He doesn't keep a calendar and often has to change court dates, which angers judges and works against the client. He will not stand up in court and defend a client, he is afraid of judges. Loren charges a reasonable amount if he was an adequate attorney however I would have had better to represent myself
