I cannot say enough about how wonderful Joe is and how much he cares for his clients. Joe is a walking book of knowledge and within 2 minutes of talking with him you know that if you are on the right side of him you are golden, if you are on the wrong side and going up against him there is reason to worry! His staff is amazing, particularly Kim and I would recommend them for any of your legal needs.
Working with Mr. Benninger is not a walk innthe park. He does not know the laws when it comes to child visitation. He does not fight for you. He was on the offending counsels side the whole time. He didnt ask for proof of harm or anything of that nature if the child wouldnt be going for visitation. He has hidden fee's and didnt tell me about them. He is not worth the $2,500 that i spent to retain him for this case. They refuse to refund me the $2,500 all because of him charging me for things that I did not know he charged for. This company is honestly not worth the hassle. Go to another lawyer firm please before you waste your money on this company.
