Hired Attorney

We felt that he did not fight for our case. there was a lot of blustering and lip service but when it came down to it, he did nothing for us. He expected us to do all the footwork and gathering of evidence. He made no effort that we saw in the year we retained him. He took the fee and was done with us. What a disappointment.

Hired Attorney

Worst experience ever. From day 1 he said we would take this to trial and then last minute he pleas out and screwed my son over. He looked like a bum in court. It was an uphill battle with him the entire way. I should have listen to my gut and never hired him. We are not from midland so i just went off of what i was told - he was the best - maybe 30- 40 yrs ago but now he just needs to close his firm. He doesnt care about anything but money and wont lift a finger to help you. I did more leg work than he did and i was 7 hours away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I would have done a better job representing my son than this so called lawyer.

Hired Attorney

Very disappointed in my experience with Tom Morgan. After the $1,500 fee was paid it was nearly impossible to get him to return phone calls (5-7 days later) and his staff is completely incompetent (they were the cause of an important deadline being missed). If I wanted to speak with him I had to meet with him in person to get his attention and even then he had no clue about what was going on in my case. I received the impression he doesn't even want to practice law anymore.

Hired Attorney

It’s sad to see how lost this man is. He is clearly not a good attorney, not even close. In fact, he is a part of corruption. He does not work for his clients who pay him to represent their best interest. He works for the corrupt system we have here, and so does his private investigator. He worked hard to cover up important video evidence we have that clearly proves police corruption (TX DPS). It’s no secret that TX DPS is grossly corrupt. They have a culture of corruption. Look it up.
