Mr. Rogers is an extremely aggressive and honest attorney. He will make sure every single one of your rights are accounted for. He covers all bases looking at the present and possible effects of the future when using his legal knowledge. As a single dad with 3 boys, I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a true, down to earth attorney that will stand up for you and your rights. His knowledge is does not waiver and he shows to very confident and strong attorney in the court room as well.
David is exceptionally professional and very knowledgable. His only problem is that he is so good that he stays very busy and it is very hard to get hold of him when you need to. But, he eventually does get around to getting back to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a good attorney that will fight for your rights.
I have never gone to a website and written a review so this should say how upset and frustrated this attorney has made me. If you are a girl and you need an attorney to help you work through a custody battle, this attorney is NOT the one. He cannot submit paperwork in a timely manner to the court and as a result his clients suffer. A simple case and he could not stay engaged nor fight for what was right for the child. Instead, he gave a discount and acted as if he did the best he could. SAD!
