Hired Attorney

Hands down, David Lindemood is the finest courtroom lawyer I have ever witnessed in Midland. His depositions are right on target, his discovery is very intensive, his dedication to his client is unimpeachable. His examinations and crosses are incisive. He won one of the first divorce cases in west Texas for a father with a unanimous jury verdict. For all these reasons, Mr. Lindemood is now a judge, and a very well-respected one.

Hired Attorney

Judge David Lindenmood is the worst judge I have ever seen. He does not pay attention to the correct verified documentation and allows faults documentation to be used and he does not pay attention to what is in the best interest of the child. He is always looking for the person that has more money or status. He has taken lots of children away from good single parents and put them in another parents care who have been charged with family violence. He’s taken a baby away from a mom due to the dad falsely claiming baby Shaking syndrome even when the pediatrician of the baby testified that the mom has never and would have never shaken the child nor did the baby have any symptoms of such violence. Did not matter because this dad had more money and even gave to this judge’s campaign. I could go on and on his inability to pay attention and really care for any child. Any person who thinks taking a child away from a good parent for 90 days with no contact is a monster.
