Very easy to talk to, but doesn't know what she's doing. Does not file motions/responses with the court in a timely manner resulting in dismissal of case.

Most useless attorney I've ever delt with. Paid up front $3,000 for a child custody case and 4 months later not a single thing was done on the case. We informed Jeanne that we would no longer need her services and and requested a refund since nothing was ever done. She agreed and said it would take a week to get the refund check. Almost a month later and we never hear from her again. We call, go in person, and nothing. The secretary (who is about as useless as the attorney herself) always takes down our info because Jeanne is supposedly going to call back but still nothing. Save your money and time and find a trustworthy attorney that actually cares. It's pretty sad when you have an attorney who's only agenda is to steal someones hard earned money.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
