The implementation of routine matters and procedures were extended months beyond the initial estimates, with no valid reason for not starting. The extra costs were extensive. The advise given appeared to be more in line with ultimately just settling the case instead of being representative of my wishes.

Horrible lawyer. Sells you the dream in your consult, steals your money then he practically loses your case.

Atty Sheeley was not aggressive enough in pursuing my custody case. He kept saying “we are in for the long term” which allowed him the charge over $80,000 in fees with absolutely no benefits. Once I pushed back and told him I wanted action and would not go along with GAL recommendations which were not in my beat interest, he dropped then charged me fees to file his request for dismissal.
