Talked a good game, but was ineffective from beginning to end. Unwilling to do difficult tasks; easily cowed by opposition and tough challenges; failed to see obvious pitfalls; far to much self and firm interest ahead of client's interest. Not flexible nor strategic in his thinking. A paper-pusher, bureaucratic attitude toward the law that did not adequately account for special situations and circumstances. Too reluctant or incapable of taking advice/guidance from others, or adapting when necessary to change. A mediocre-lawyer who misrepresented his skill set, abilities and commitment to both client and winning.
