I hired Pamela to prepare my will. Her services also included providing the paperwork for arranging durable power of attorney for my designate as well as preparing and filing a Vermont Advance Directive for Health Care (aka a Living Will). Pamela and her office staff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process and results.
Pamela and her staff were very quick to respond on a time sensitive case. Pamela followed up on every detail and resolved our case within days of my initial call. If you have a case in Vermont she is the attorney you want to hire!!!
I have hired Pamela on multiple occasions. Each time I have been struck by her resourcefulness with gaining essential knowledge of specifics for each of our cases and her brilliance with generating undefeatable cases as a result! She won each of my cases!
Mrs. Marsh was responsive and informative throughout a prolonged case. She successfully negotiated a favorable settlement and always provided sound legal counsel. Her knowledge and experience were clearly demonstrated during multiple court hearings. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, I hope I never need to, but would certainly retain her services again.
Pam helped my family in a very tough time. She went to Harvard Law and specializes in juvenile and family law. Vermont has a system that "helps" in the way that the USSR thought it was helping its citizens. If you should get stuck in this out-of-control and inept insanity, get Pam and tell her to fight hard. You will still be stuck in molasses with dangerous fools, but you will have the best in this field. If you don't fight hard, you will lose your kid. Good luck!
Pam is an incredible attorney and certainly the best in Vermont! She is transparent, compassionate and dedicated to achieve Justice for her client! Her rates are competitive and her response time is definitely the best! I would recommend her before anyone else in her field!
Pamela Marsh is an incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate and wise attorney. She is willing to educate herself on areas she may be less familiar with, which I think says a lot about her character and willingness to grow as a person and attorney to best guide her clients. I would highly recommend her services if you have any family court issue that requires an attorney. Ms. Marsh will not let you down.
Pamela, Came to the hospital, after I had a stroke. to help my wife and me navigate the insurance/disability paperwork needed she was a key part to our navigating process. Since returning home Pam has worked on our Wills and other small legal matters.
Representation was ineffective against opponent. Sent lots of emails resulting in nothing but increased billing. Difficulty taking responsibility for not making copies of my documents for reference. I ended up resolving the situation myself.
