Working with them was terrible, I had to keep reinforming them over and over again about my case... They still think its a car accident. I was caught in the doors of the bus not hit by it. An absolute waste of time, and an aggravation. They put next to no effort into my case, and as soon as RTA put up a fight, they caved and dropped me.
