Hired Attorney

I did not hire him, he is doing the deed search on a small property so a sale can be completed. It's been about 2 months and still not done. Now mind you, this property is current on taxes, has no liens, and deed is in hand and HE'S STILL NOT DONE. I would not recommend him for anything you need in a timely manner. The title company gave me this information so be do do diligence on researching if this is the truth on the man, it could be the title company not doing their job in a timely manner but I want people to be cautious.
