Stokes & Gonzalez, P.A. is a law firm with an office in Miami, FL. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing automobile accidents and injuries, maritime accidents, personal injury and 3 other areas of law.
In my opinion, I would not recommend the legal services of Stokes & Gonzalez, P.A.. Stokes & Gonzalez, P.A. worked with my father Elias B. Rudnikas for many years and ended up misappropriating his federal maritime law practice without paying for the million dollar good value it had, that has resulted in me bringing federal litigation against Stokes & Gonzalez, P.A in the Southern District of Florida. In light of same, I do not believe the attorneys at the Law Firm of Stokes & Gonzalez, P.A. have the necessary ethics to be trusted any prospective client. To make matters worse, when Stokes & Gonzalez PA, appointed himself as the inventory attorney for the Federal Maritime Law Practice of Elias B. Rudnikas, that my family had equitable title to, Stokes & Gonzalez PA failed to do any inventory of the goodwill and digital assets of the million dollar federal maritime law practice of Elias B. Rudnikas, forcing me to pursue additional federal litigation against them for legal malpractice.
In my opinion, I would not recommend the legal services of Jacinto Jose Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzalez worked with my father Elias B. Rudnikas for many years and ended up misappropriating his federal maritime law practice without paying for the million dollar good value it had, that has resulted in me bringing federal litigation against Mr. Gonzalez in the Southern District of Florida. In light of same, I do not believe that Mr. Gonzalez has the necessary ethics to be trusted by any prospective client. To make matters worse, when Mr. Gonzalez served as the inventory attorney for the Federal Maritime Law Practice of Elias B. Rudnikas, that my family had equitable title to, Mr. Gonzalez failed to do any inventory of the goodwill and digital assets of the million dollar federal maritime law practice of Elias B. Rudnikas because he had already misappropriated the goodwill and the law practice assets, forcing me to pursue additional federal litigation against Mr. Gonzalez for legal malpractice.
