In the summer of 2018 I wanted to make some major changes in my will and some other important personal documents. My previous attorney was no longer in the area, and after a thorough search I chose Justin Stivers. I could not be happier with that choice. He was very personable, and though we had not met before, he spoke with me like a close friend in terms that I could easily understand. While they were not exceptionally complicated documents., there were a few issues which I did not know how to phrase or deal with. Justin quickly understood what I wanted and produced documents that explained them clearly. Because I was planning a trip, I needed the documents prepared quickly, and Justin had them done well in advance of the time I had requested, with very clear instructions on how they should be executed I would unquestioningly seek Justin's advice on any question involving estate planning, and without hesitation I would recommend him to anyone.

I wanted to thank Justin and team for all of the assistance he gave us in resolving all of our probate matters. When you lose someone you care about in death it's often difficult to navigate the next steps, especially when your loved one lives thousands of miles away from you. The assistant I first spoke with was very professional and kind and scheduled some time for me to speak with the attorney.
