About Seth Mark Shapiro

Seth Shapiro is a partner of Morris Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Shapiro represents clients throughout the Tampa Bay area who have felony or misdemeanor criminal offenses. Mr. Shapiro concentrates part of his practice on Domestic Violence cases, Drug Possession cases, and Theft crimes. Mr. Shapiro also handles sealing and expungement of criminal cases and traffic offenses for clients in the Tampa Bay area.

Mr. Shapiro also focuses a portion of his practice on white collar cases. Mr. Shapiro’s combination of a solid legal foundation with extensive business experience allows him to address complex white collar criminal cases. Mr. Shapiro understands the intricacies of small business and corporate finance and operations that enables him to negotiate the best possible results for clients facing white collar criminal charges.

Mr. Shapiro believes that a combination of understanding the details of the case and the client along with an academic application of the law produces the best possible results.

Mr. Shapiro attended Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) and graduated Cum Laude, ranking in the top 10 percent of his class. Mr. Shapiro was awarded an academic scholarship while attending Stetson Law, and was also selected to the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.

Stetson University College of Law is ranked No. 1 for trial advocacy and No. 2 for legal writing by U.S. News & World Report in 2015 and has provided Mr. Shapiro his outstanding legal foundation.

Mr. Shapiro also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of South Florida where he graduated in the Phi Kappa Phi National Academic Honor Society that recognizes graduate students in the top 10 percent of the class. Mr. Shapiro’s MBA degree in addition to his JD degree enables him to understand the complexities of business, corporate procedure and finance that allows him to provide outstanding representation for those clients accused of white collar crimes.
