Sarah Egan is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Key West office and a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, vehicle negligence, premises liability, and hospitality industry defense. Ms. Egan has tried several jury trials to verdict throughout the State of Florida, including Key West.
Ms. Egan obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she made honor roll and Dean’s List. Ms. Egan was also a member of the Stetson Law Review and was a selected student member of Ferguson-White American Inn of Court. During her time in law school, Ms. Egan interned for the Honorable Thomas G. Wilson of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. After graduating from law school, Ms. Egan volunteered with the teen court of the 13th Judicial Circuit and served on the Board of Directors of Florida Institute for Community Studies, Inc.
Ms. Egan has been recognized by Florida Trend’s Legal Elite as one of the top 1.7 % of civil trial lawyers in the State of Florida (2015 and 2017) as well as U.S. News & World Report's The Best Lawyers in America in personal Injury litigation (2023). Ms. Egan was the 2024 recipient of the Legal Luminaries Award in the areas of personal injury and product liability defense presented by St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. Ms. Egan currently serves on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee of The Florida Bar.
