About Randy J. Lipkien

Randy Lipkien is a Partner in our Miami office with over twenty years experience practicing in arbitration and mediation, construction, general liability, premises liability, and products liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Randy worked the past fifteen years with a national insurance defense firm, where he defended trucking companies, truck drivers, restaurant owners, shopping center owners, retail establishments, construction companies, and condominium associations in all types of lawsuits.

Randy earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. Originally born in Santa Monica, California, he was raised in Miami, Florida. He is married with two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking family trips, going on cruises, and playing golf and basketball.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
