BEWARE**BEWARE***BEWARE Don't let this law firm fool you with their fancy website. Skip Pita "took" my case in March 2022 and did not do ANYTHING until the end of July 2022., when I was able to speak to him for the first time. My file was collecting dust for over 3 months!! The office did not call me to give me updates and every time I called I felt like I was bothering. Terrible!!! I have a very strong medical malpractice case with permanent injuries, and he waited over 10 months doing nothing until the Surgeon's insurance policy expired, and Skip Pita came back to me with a lame excuse. He wasted time, and put my case in jeopardy. Shame on you Skip Pita!!! If you have a simple-no brainer- car accident case and want to share your compensation: Skip is the guy...any potential case where you need the help of a dedicated, well prepared and reliable attorney: RUN away from Skip Pita.
