My name is Andrew Patrick forgive the pseudonym, I pursued a case with a colleague from the above company whilst she worked for Constantine Cannon. When she left CC I did not go to Phillips & Cohen out of misguided loyalty to Constantine Cannon. What a mistake that has proven to be. I did an International FOI on Constantine Cannon when Mary Inman was sent over from the States to allegedly market my case, now the FOI was 1.5GB,s so very big, I have so-far extracted 5-pages of unprofessional Communications along with other plights that are all going to legal resources, malicious, unkind, disrespectful etc. I have just got to the comments and their are lots of them from my original Attorney who went to Phillips & Cohen, and the comments, are professional, kind, courteous, thoughtful. I can assure you, this company is cautious with staff employment, selective & very successful. God bless.

Claire Sylvia was the lead attorney on my case, which achieved partial success. Often, teaching a discipline requires a different skill set and temperament than performing in that discipline. It was my observation that this attorney's skills tend more toward academia than toward client representation. Moreover, the attorney's overconfidence led to several errors, which I think had an effect on the outcome.
