Attorney Phillip J. Sheehe is a dedicated trial attorney representing clients throughout the State of Florida. Practicing since 1974, he is the founder of Sheehe & Associates, P.A., a distinguished law practice focused on litigating and defending the toughest cases. Over the course of his 45-year career, Mr. Sheehe has tried to verdict over 100 cases, including a six-month jury trial in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court (Miami-Dade County) and a three-month trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Sheehe began his career as in-house counsel for U.S. Steel and has gone on to represent major corporations and insurance companies throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Sheehe’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation and insurance defense, including personal liability claims and subrogation. He has extensive experience investigating claims, working with experts, and preparing cases for trial. In addition to success in the court room, Mr. Sheehe is frequently retained to represent clients during mediation, and his negotiation skills have achieved many successful results.
