Leave a review about your experience with this firm.Buying a house is extremely frightening and overwhelming, especially your first house. But Pedro made sure to explain everything thoroughly and was there every step. Couldn't have asked for better legal representation and now I'm a proud home owner.
In my experience, Mr. Perez-Roura showed little understanding or compassion during significant life events, including my partition case and the seriousness of my defense. I did not receive clear guidance, strategy, or efficient action. Instead, the representation caused added stress, delays, and unnecessary legal expenses, with no meaningful effort to protect my financial interests. I was repeatedly told the process would take a very long time, yet I later learned that taking matters directly to court can move cases forward fast and that judges can assist when parties cannot agree, not the attorney. When he decided he no longer wanted to continue my case, he filed a motion to withdraw and brought it before the court, forcing me to secure new counsel at a critical stage. Do not rely solely on 5-star reviews, and always attend your hearings so you understand what is happening in your case.
It is all about the money. They do not care about your case. Your case is their asset to make money from you. Once you pay them they do what they want and if they want more they will be very nice to get you to pay them again and then they do the same again.
