He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston in 2007 before pursuing his Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he graduated in 2011. Currently, Patrick is a member of the Florida and South Carolina Bars, allowing him to practice law in both jurisdictions as well as Federal Courts in both states.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Graves honed his legal skills at a distinguished defense firm in South Florida. During this time, he represented numerous companies, gaining valuable insights into their strategies and tactics. Now, as part of Morgan & Morgan, Patrick leverages this experience to advocate vigorously for his clients in personal injury cases and insurance claims, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Beyond his legal career, Patrick enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities including coaching his daughters’ sports teams. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
