Absolutely horrible “attorney”! Stole my money, went missing, didn’t show up for court! Has some serious issues, and has been publicly reprimanded by the Florida Supreme Court (as of now, my case with the Florida Bare is still pending). DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER…. how he’s still practicing is beyond me!!! The Florida Bar makes the process extremely hard to get justice when it’s one of their own, they are huge enabler‘s, and extremely complicit. My fight to get my money back has been going on for a year now… and he’s still being allowed to take out he people’s money and practice law in Fl.. No, I’m not the only person he has done this to. Take your chances if you like, but do say I didn’t warn ya!
Absolutely horrific! He has serious issues (that we didn’t know of at first). He steals money from clients and never shows up to court. I encourage you to pull his name up in Miami Dade County (please don’t take my word for it)! He’s s been Pursued by the US Marshals for missing a federal case, held in contempt, didn’t show up for a domestic dispute with a case that involved his wife, and has ripped offf several clients. If you look at his profile the Supreme Court just held him in contempt for failure to show cause …well because he doesn’t show up to anything! He is a crook and a criminal, that misrepresents himself. There is very little recourse of action I’ve been fighting with the Florida Bar for a year now with a case against him trying to get my money back. They make it extremely difficult, they are complicit and complete enabler‘s! Even with all this knowledge & the derogatory remarks on his Florida Bar profile he’s still listed as in good stand and able to practice!
