This attorney had helped me previously so I went back to him many years later after being assaulted without provocation and even arrested for defending myself. The difference in attitude between the two cases was night and day, now he was short, rude, seemed careless or aloof like he could barely be bothered by my situation. In the end the evidence of my innocence was so substantial the prosecutor didn’t file charges but no thanks to this very effeminate attorney. Then he basically strong armed me to refer the civil case to his friend as he didn’t want to work with anyone else and they too seemed surprisingly aloof, and refused to file suit as they weren’t interested in the case. Michael had initially indicated I had a “doozy” of a case and suddenly it wasn’t worth it… I suggest you look elsewhere…
