Martin L. Hoffman is the founding partner of Hoffman, Larin & Agnetti, P.A. Admitted to practice in 1973, he has represented clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and the Florida Keys for more than five decades. His practice centers on family law, medical malpractice, and Social Security disability, and extends to personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and business litigation.
Hoffman holds a B.A. from City College of the City University of New York and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted in Florida and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has written on trial strategy and tort law, taught law, and produced instructional presentations on legal topics.
He is a member of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
