I've worked with Marty on multiple matters including business transactions, family and real estate law and have had successful outcomes on all of them. His integrity is beyond reproach and he's knowledgeable in a multitude of areas. My sense is his litigation experience makes him a more proficient transactional attorney as well. I'd recommend him to anyone!
Excellent general counsel.
He claimed he could handle my contentious divorce. My ex quickly violated the motion for temporary support leaving me and my kids sometimes without electric or water but the real issue was the house falling into foreclosure. I repeatedly begged Feldman to get a hearing for contempt. Finally, after the bank posted on the front door, Feldman made the mition. On the day of, he so/w my ex and their attorney in the hall of the courthouse, then came to me and strongly urged me to drop the motion. He said my ex said they would cooperate and if I went thru w/the hearing it would annoy the judge, who then would see me in a bad way.I listened. My ex never complied, before a scheduled mediation I called his firm and asked if his partner could also attend for my peace of mind.On the mediation day,Feldman came alone and told me if I didn't trust him, he would walk right then and I could pay all cancel fees.I was charged 1/2 of the foreclosure & support to my ex & $37K to Feldman. Ruined my life.
Failed to timely disclose a massive conflict of interest by doing check at he onset of . Only an hour after we spent 25 minutes discussing sensitive details to my case did he call back and say oops. The other party told me that he shared details with them. Huge Breach of confidentiality. When approached after he basically said so sue me. Filing a Bar complaint.
