She was recognized as Top Oralist in the Howard K. Blumberg Intramural Moot Court Competition and received the Best Brief Award at the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Viola gained experience working in firms that specialize in personal injury, business law, and first party property insurance law.
