Justin M. Cramer is an attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, concentrating his practice on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, cruise ship injury cases, premises liability cases, and wrongful death cases. Mr. Cramer is known for his razor-sharp negotiation skills and unmatched customer service. He learned Spanish while in law school in order to speak directly to his Hispanic clients, becoming fluent in 3 years.
Mr. Cramer attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law. Mr. Cramer graduated near the top of his class, earning multiple honors for Dean’s List and earning the Book Award for Professional Responsibility. In 2008, Mr. Cramer studied European Law and International Sales at the Universidad de Sevilla in Sevilla, Spain. He uses his diverse legal training to craft novel arguments and gain positive results for his clients.
Mr. Cramer is passionate about serving his clients. He will go above and beyond to achieve a successful outcome. He once traveled to Haiti to meet his clients and drafted an immigration petition to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights seeking Temporary Protected Status for his Haitian clients. Haitians received Temporary Protected Status after the earthquake in 2011. Mr. Cramer also appeared on local radio in Cap-Hatien, Haiti and advised Haitians of their immigration rights regarding TPS and answered caller’s questions.
Mr. Cramer is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association
