Julian’s practice is grounded in trial work. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he prosecuted serious cases and developed the courtroom discipline, judgment, and preparation that continue to shape his approach as a plaintiff’s lawyer.
Afterward, Julian spent a decade at a prominent South Florida litigation firm focusing on complex medical malpractice cases. His work in this area reflects a deep understanding that medical negligence litigation demands more than legal knowledge-it requires mastery of complex facts, strategic expert development, and the ability to present difficult medical issues clearly and persuasively.
Julian brings a strong foundation of precision and analytical thinking to his practice. He earned his undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a commercial pilot’s license, training that emphasizes discipline, attention to detail, and decision-making under pressure. He applies those same principles in handling high-stakes injury and medical malpractice cases.
He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the nationally recognized trial team.
Outside of his practice, Julian is a devoted husband and father of four. He lives in South Florida, where much of his time is spent with his family, enjoying time together.
