Joshua Rosenberg in Judge Lopaine's court suppressed evidence and testimony for his client. His client committed elder abuse against my grandmother, his client repeated violence against senior citizens and committed perjury. Joshua Rosenberg misled the Judge and only 34 days later on Feb 1 2023 Judge Lopaine realized the truth & issued a restraining order on his client. Our family submitted a Bar complaint against Josh Rosenberg. He is so dishonest he billed my grandmother's estate. He was presented all estate planning and ignored everything. My grandmother suffered because of him. My family suffered due to his dishonesty and lack of ethics. If the Florida Bar does not act then we will proceed with one of the leading investigative reporters in South Florida. No family should have ever have to be exposed to the complete dishonesty and lack of ethics of this attorney.
