Joe's roots trace back to South Florida, where he spent his formative years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Nascimento pursued a legal education at the University of Miami School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Dean's Merit scholar. He graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor. For several years, he has served as an adjunct professor, imparting his expertise by teaching courses on Criminal Litigation Skills I and Advanced Criminal Litigation Skills II at the University of Miami School of Law, a prominent component of the school's nationally acclaimed litigation skills program.
Upon embarking on his legal career, Joe joined Robbins Tunkey Ross Amsel Raben & Waxman, P.A., a well-established and esteemed criminal defense firm recognized as one of the largest in the country. After a fruitful tenure with RTR, Mr. Nascimento became one of the founding members of the reorganized firm, Ross Amsel Raben Nascimento, PLLC.
