They were very responsive and helpful. I could not be happier with the way they handled my closing. If you are buying a house they are the ones to call. They made the process easy and really calmed my nerves.
Where I can start, this is the WORST law office ever... I have hired them for the closing of my new house. It was awful!, they take a long time to do the minimal things. after days with my title they sent it to the bank with issues and my closing was delayed because of that, after struggling with them I was so happy I will get rid of them after closing... at least that's what I thought BUT after the closing, they forgot to give me the Warranty deed, I had to call them multiple times for them to send it and when they did it was not registered I had AGAIN called them like 100 times asking for the Deed registered, they claim they sent it to Miami Dade county and that they were taking a lot of time I then called the Miami Dade to ask for the status of my deed and guess what? they never sent it!!. They said they sent it on April 9 but Miami Dade has already processed Deeds sent on May 21. IF YOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER LAW OFFICE PLEASE DON'T HESITATE BECAUSE YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT TROUBLE
