About Haley N. Kornfield

Haley Nicole Kornfield is a Partner in the firm’s Miami offices. Her practice includes defense of marine/admiralty, general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, federal practice, intellectual property claims, professional malpractice cases, and employment law.

Ms. Kornfield completed both her undergraduate and law school studies at the University of Miami with academic scholarships. While in law school, Ms. Kornfield was Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and she competed on the International Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Immigration Clinic. She interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and at Florida 3rd District Court of Appeal.

Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Kornfield worked at a statewide insurance defense firm and at a maritime firm.
