I am a student at the University of Miami and began to run in to some legal trouble in 2012. I had several felony charges such as battery and grand theft auto. I did not know what to do and eventually in March of 2016 picked up an additional five charges several of which were drug related. Seeing I failed to appear for my 2012 felony charges several warrants were issued for my arrest. Upon being arrested in March 2016 I was faced with a no bail situation and being held for 21 days in Dade County Jail. As I did not know what to do I called a fellow UM student who told me to call Frank right away. Frank met me at my next hearing and had me out of jail and back in school. Within a month not only were my new charges dismissed the old felonies from 2012 were gone as well. If you find yourself in any form of legal trouble do yourself a favor and call Frank immediately! I have shopped the Miami attorney market and the man is hands down number one!
Frank is impossible to get in touch with and will send you into the courtroom blind and not knowing what to expect. He advised me to take the first plea bargain I was offered to try and get my case out of his way, and now I cannot get him to help me file the paperwork to finish my case even though he said he would. I should have represented myself. I would have gotten the exact same amount of customer service and help from Frank(none) and I would have saved thousands of dollars. Grade: F--
