Emily Tramont is a senior associate at WSHB's Miami, Florida office. Her practice covers a wide range of complex civil liability matters, including negligent security, negligent hiring, and wrongful death cases. She also has experience in premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and railroad litigation.
Ms. Tramont began her career at a firm that specialized in representing nursing homes and long-term care facilities, as well as individual healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, and physician assistants) in negligence and wrongful death cases.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Law School and holds a bachelor's degree in Art History with a minor in Economics from Wellesley College. During her undergraduate years, Emily served as co-president of the debate team and competed on both the tennis and track teams.
Emily is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Illinois and is proficient in Spanish.
