Hired Attorney Derek T. Smith

Stay away from this Law Firm at all costs. They unjustly dumped me after almost 1 year of representation for no reason. The attorney who was assigned to me is the WORST. Weak, inexperienced, lacks thick skin. Only been an attorney for 1 year and it shows badly. They always want to be in control of you. You cannot speak up and disagree because they get easily offended and will blind side you by terminating you. One of their horrible partners bullied and threatened my husband and I. He actually threatened me with a lawsuit if I was honest and wrote bad reviews about him and his firm. I’ve been out of work for almost a year and a half now. Suffering from serious depression, anxiety, etc.They obviously do not care about me the client, they just want the easy breezy cases. They led me on for almost a year telling me that I had a great case, etc. They could not handle my husband, because just like I, did not agree or want to accept their assessment of things. You cannot speak your mind with
