Mr. Reinblatt is a litigation attorney who represents clients in litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, automobile accidents, and the like. He has prior experience in medical malpractice and 1st party actions. Mr. Reinblatt is experienced in assisting the firm’s clients in analyzing the claim, assessing the liability and damages, including the possible exposure, as well as developing a sound litigation strategy in order to achieve the optimum results for clients.
Mr. Reinblatt began his legal career at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami. He then moved to a firm focused on premises liability and automobile accident matters. Prior to joining St. Denis & Davey, he spent five years at a firm which concentrated their practice on medical malpractice and first party insurance claims.
Although living in Miami for 13 years, Mr. Reinblatt originally hails from Montreal, Canada. He attended Marianopolis College where he obtained a Diplome d’Etudes Collegiales in Commerce. Thereafter he completed his undergraduate degree at McGill University, where he obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Reinblatt then moved to Miami in order to attend law school at St. Thomas University School of Law. While there, he was named to the Dean’s List, founded the Business Law Society, and was a member of both the Bankruptcy Assistance Clinic and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Programs.
Mr. Reinblatt is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is fluent in French.
