Ms. Gonzalez also published her article with the St. Thomas Law Review where she compares the employment classification of individuals using the Uber application across four different countries and proposes a solution whereby gig economy workers can enjoy employment benefits and part-time employment.

While in law school, Ms. Gonzalez served as the President of the St. Thomas Business Law Society and the Senior Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. In her second year of law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Antonio Arzola on the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. she also served as a Law Clerk for a plaintiff firm specializing in probate and first party property. In her last semester of law school, Ms. Gonzalez interned for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office.
