Berta Fandiño-Guerra focuses her practice on employment disputes and workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, businesses, and carriers in trials and mediations. Ms. Fandiño-Guerra earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1994, where she served on the Moot Court Board and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy. She also served as a Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
