    General Commercial Litigation: Led jury trial team that obtained $25 million embezzlement verdict on behalf of an Aegon subsidiary, a Dutch insurance company against its American managing general agency
    that agency's officers.
    Led trial team that obtained $30 million settlement for the Estate of Eastern Air Lines from various insurance companies based on damage to the environment at several major U.S. airports.
    Construction Litigation: Represented homeowner in lawsuit against roofing contractor. Obtained judgment in favor of homeowner.
    Represented private elementary school in lawsuit against neighboring property owner for damage resulting from neighbor's excavation
    sheet piling. Resolved through settlement for more than double the amount the client initially sought to recover.
