Adam represents clients in all aspects of complex family law cases. While he makes every effort to resolve cases before litigation has commenced, he is an able and skilled litigator, having litigated and tried a variety of cases throughout his career. To enhance his practice, Adam holds an LL.M. in taxation, allowing him to thoughtfully analyze tax-related issues that arise in matrimonial disputes. Adam practiced at the firm for 8 years before becoming a partner at a major international law firm. He rejoined the firm in 2023.
Adam is a leader in his field. He has been a member of the Council of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section since 2018, and currently serves that Section in a variety of leadership positions. He is also an active member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section, serving as co-chair of the Membership Committee. From 2014 to 2016, Adam served on that Section’s Executive Committee as the Young Lawyer’s Section Liaison. Adam is also a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and is involved in the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Adam has lectured on a variety of continuing legal education programs and has written several articles for national publications.
