I spoke with Mr Holmes while dealing with a custody battle. He Smith talked me and advised that I get counsel before she does. Long story short he put me in contact with someone from his firm,she instructed me how to make a payment. Ii did so, after that I heard not a word from him nor his firm for almost three weeks, while repeatedly trying to contact them, eventually if given up believing the company was a fraud, and counted the 750$as a loss. While my visitation rights are serious to me I went and did what I had to do. Low and behold they finally contact me stating, their system crashed with the Microsoft update, and that there is no refunds for services they never rendered, and to add insult to injury they are still billing me . And haven't picked up a pen nor filed a motion, SCAMMER! Great at explaining how custody hearings should be handled, but when it comes to show and prove, In my book he's a SLACKER! Your better off going to the courthouse and filling your own motions.!
Don’t hire bad experience never followed thru with anything. Really screwed up my investigation and my case. They did contact me and said they need more time I said ok then months went by with nothing. I’m going to file a formal report with the BAR in Florida.
Avoid at all cost. Hiring Penter Holmes ended up being a major regret. I hired him to investigate an issue and attempt to mediate it prior to a hearing. Penter took zero action to accomplish this and just sat on my case doing nothing; while he missed every single appointment and didn't do anything to prepare for my case. He made mistakes at my hearing, was careless with my case, and didn't do any due diligence to to represent me - he failed to follow through with things we discussed. I ended up firing Penter, then he failed to withdraw from my case properly - while he sat on a drafted proposed order without making me aware of it or responding to it. The order was signed without review. He was also using unsecured outlook/gmail/hotmail addresses which is unprofessional, not confidential, and embarrassing. Avoid hiring Penter Holmes, he damaged my case, made mistakes, and wasted my time.
