Hired Attorney

Eric Matheny is my attorney of choice in Miami-Dade and Broward County when it comes to the referral of reputation management clients seeking an expungement or sealing of criminal history records. Knowledgeable and professional – I’ve never heard a complaint. When an individual is arrested, they incur a criminal history record. A criminal record that can affect their life in many ways. Employment or housing opportunities can be denied. Teaching, child-care and security/law enforcement officer certifications can be denied. A criminal record can also impact an application for college or university. A criminal history record negatively impacts all areas of life. Matheny and his staff are knowledgeable about the Florida expungement process. They have handled my referrals in each of the areas mentioned above. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
