Rodriguez Rueda, S.C. is a law firm established in 1999 with an office in Mexico, DF. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing corporate law, commercial banking, finance and 23 other areas of law.
During the month of March 2012, I applied to Rodriguez Rueda S.C. (Juan Daniel Rodriguez and Ana Laura Gurria) to obtain a Mexican residency visa for my mother and I. I was required to send the payment of $850.00 US dollars plus another $325.00 US dollars as an advance payment for fees. Unfortunately, the law firm never completed the visa and took my money. I asked for it back but they refused and provided me with an invoice. As a foreigner, I believe based on the principality that my money should be returned. I have tried many times to contact them, unfortunately they never contacted me. I believe that they should be disbarred from the Mexican Bar Association and they are crooks.
