We are a general litigation law firm, with an emphasis on divorce and all aspects of family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Our family law practice includes divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal support, distribution of assets and liabilities, enforcement and modification or existing orders, relocation and domestic violence restraining orders.

Our civil litigation practice includes motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, products liability and defective products, assaults, negligence and civil rights. Our workers compensation practice includes all workplace accidents and occupational exposures.

Our criminal and municipal court practice includes the zealous defense of those charged with violent crimes, controlled dangerous substances, theft, driving under the Influence and traffic offenses.

Hired Attorney Peter Ventrice

Going through a divorce was one of the hardest and most emotional times of my life, and I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through it without Mr. Ventrice. From the very beginning, he made me feel heard, supported, and understood. Mr. Ventrice wasn’t just my attorney — he was my guide through every confusing and overwhelming step of the process. What meant the most to me was how much he genuinely cared. He always took the time to explain things in a way that made sense, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. I cannot even put in words how lucky I was to have went with this law firm! It was always pleasant to speak to everyone in their office! They kept me up to date every step of the way in my case! They informed me before they would do anything! They gave me the best recommendations possible on what best steps are for everything! Not only did they win my case but they made sure I’d win to the highest extend that I can. Which I wouldn’t imagine other law firms to do. They treat every client not as a number but as somebody who deserves to get as much as they should! I hired Mr. Ventrice to represent me in a civil suit against my ex-wife who failed to abide to the terms of our divorce agreement. I prevailed in the suit and am more than satisfied with the work that Mr. Ventrice did.

I have had to hire about 10 attorneys in the last 20 years - almost always a Family Law Attorney. I luckily Found Pete Ventrice about 3 yrs. ago, and I am so glad I did! He is BY FAR the most knowledgeable, competent, efficient (does his own typing), caring, confident, respected attorney I have ever hired. He responds almost immediately.
